Kristy and Merilog are two relatively new “biosimilar” insulins similar to Novolog (insulin aspart) that were approved by the FDA in 2025.

Anyone here have experience with either? If so, please share?

Hi @brighter1085293 I haven’t used either but from what I’ve read: While both drugs are rapid-acting insulin aspart biosimilars designed to mimic NovoLog (insulin aspart), only Kirsty is legally and regulatorily interchangeable with NovoLog. So Kirsty went the extra mile to get that regulatory ok for “near exact” or “close enough” designation to NovoLog. Good luck if you do switch please update this thread. ☮☘
