Practical places to wear a pod?

Welcome to podding! I was on omnipod 5 on manual mode with eversense. Just started dash pods with trio a couple of weeks ago.More than the closed loop, the ability to microdose or just suspend basal while working out is what I love most!!

I prefer back of arms, front or outer thighs ( the lower the better, or I rip them right off with my pants) and belly. Tried it on my back a couple times too - absorption was good, but was very uncomfortable lying on my back or even sitting in my car. I’ve seen ppl say cgm n pod have to be on same side of body for closed loop. It’s not been a problem for me with the eversense. It’s most visible for me at back of arm or lower thighs in the summer.

In any of the sites, my absorption was getting poor after abt 48 hours, n painful if I dosed more than like 3units. So I started on afrezza a few months ago - for large carb meals I inhale and use pod only for basal and extended bolus. The pods now last the whole 3 days.
