# Stress & Insulin to Carb

Anyone else take more insulin on workdays than weekends? I eat the same breakfast everyday. Only difference is my stress levels depending on if I’m working or not.

I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case. If you use a pump you can set a separate profile for weekends when your stress level is lower.

yes, I take more insulin when I am stressed, and when I am less active. fairly consistently
