I’m a mom of a 4 year old son named Chase who was diagnosed with T1D November 2, 2018. My husband and I are both nurses. My son has a dexcom G6 and got his Omnipod on December 14, 2018. Chase has a sister who was born October 4, 2018. Chase goes to Pre School. I’m interested in getting more involved with JDRF, camps and helping others with Type 1 Diabetes.
