Now retired from the traditional employed world and living a contented, active life after having worked productively into my 70th year. Now in my 70th year living with Autoimmune Diabetes and doing everything I want to do while successfully managing my diabetes.

I stay busy by volunteering my services wherever needed, reading constantly and keeping a presence in the diabetes community.
