Hello everybody! My name is Justice Ellsworth, I am a senior in high school out of Kansas City, Missouri. I am doing a project for my AP Research class on the usage, experiences, and opinions of diabetics surrounding continuous glucose monitors and GLP-1 products in the USA. Interesting survey, I hope this survey make meaningful insight for your project; I for one will read your finished report in my ongoing quest to learn. One refinement I suggest for your survey is the first question where you ask ‘Type of Diabetes’ and define TypeOne as insulin dependent. Yes, autoimmune diabetes that this century has been called TypeOne or T1D [Classification I] very definitely is insulin dependent, but there are at least three varieties of diabetes included in Classification III [monogenic, pancreas removal, chemical induced] that require insulin for survival.
