What body sites are you talking about rotating? Such as upper abdomen, lower, back, legs, etc.
You can use any of the recommended sites that you like. (Here is a chart of valid sites: https://support.tandemdiabetes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039440333-Infusion-Set-Tips-Best-Practices This one happens to be from the Tandem site, but it’s pretty much been the same chart they showed me 50 years ago when I first started on insulin shots.)
Personally, I always follow the same pattern so I don’t get confused. (Lower back left, Abdomen left, Thigh left, Abdomen right, Thigh right, Lower back right.)
Thanks. I guess I’ll have to migrate to my thighs. I’m not quite sure how that works, but my lower abdomen isn’t very good due to years of MDI, where I didn’t rotate enough. They’ll give my infusion site a problem, so I avoid them now.My upper arms are reserved for CGM sensor sites. They don’t work on my torso.
