BG spike after infusion set change

What body sites are you talking about rotating? Such as upper abdomen, lower, back, legs, etc.

You can use any of the recommended sites that you like. (Here is a chart of valid sites: https://support.tandemdiabetes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039440333-Infusion-Set-Tips-Best-Practices This one happens to be from the Tandem site, but it’s pretty much been the same chart they showed me 50 years ago when I first started on insulin shots.)

Personally, I always follow the same pattern so I don’t get confused. (Lower back left, Abdomen left, Thigh left, Abdomen right, Thigh right, Lower back right.)

Thanks. I guess I’ll have to migrate to my thighs. I’m not quite sure how that works, but my lower abdomen isn’t very good due to years of MDI, where I didn’t rotate enough. They’ll give my infusion site a problem, so I avoid them now.My upper arms are reserved for CGM sensor sites. They don’t work on my torso.
