Graduate Thesis: Research Opportunity for Adult Type 1 Diabetics on CGMs

RESEARCH STUDY INVITATION FOR ADULT TYPE 1 DIABETICS

My name is Skyler Gallegos, and I am a graduate student at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs studying to become a family nurse practitioner. I hope to work in the diabetic and endocrinology field someday. I am conducting a research study about the knowledge and attitudes of adult type 1 diabetics about continuous glucose monitors.

I am recruiting adult type 1 diabetics to answer a survey. The survey has 42 questions and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. The questions are mostly answered as multiple choice or yes/no. The survey questions are optional, and you may feel free to answer or skip any questions you would like. No identifying information will be gathered, and your response will remain confidential.

Participation in this study is voluntary. If you decide that you would like to participate in this study, you can copy the link below into your browser, or scan the QR code listed below.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact me at sgalleg4@uccs.edu. You can also review the consent form attached to the survey that provides a more detailed explanation.

Thank you so much for your time.

All the best with your research. I took the survey but found the font colors a little hard to read on the background.

Thank you for your feedback!

@skyler.gallegos Thank you Skyler for offering participation in furthering your education, and Welcome to the Breakthrough T1D Community Forum.

This is a well thought survey that should help with your thesis; don’t hesitate returning with more questions.
I agree with @wadawabbit Dorie about the Readability - many people with diabetes have eye condition that complicates contrast and color blindness issues.
