Mine has always required every 3 months for Insurance, Medicare, reasons.

It depends on the insurance company. $$$
My local Walgreens pharmacy goes the extra mile for me in getting my prescriptions renewed without me asking. I wouldnât risk going anywhere else for my prescriptions. Guess it all depends on the people working there (or anywhere).
