Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Joyful Kwanzaa, and Happy Holidays.
Diabetes is tough, but thankfully we live in an age with wonderful technology and medications that were not available even early in the 20th century (boy that sounds like so long ago!).
Thank you to all who have shared tips, tricks and pointers - I’ve learned lots even if the question was passed by someone else.
And thanks to the moderators who have the perhaps unenviable job of keeping people like me from straying off course. If you decide this post is pointless and need to delete it I understand.
Wishing everyone all the best for 2025, and if the scale shows a couples of added pounds blame it on Santa - he must have stepped on it in his rush to deliver.
Looking forward to what the new year has to offer.
Thanks @wadawabbit Happy Holidays to you and everyone as well!
Thanks Dorie @wadawabbit, enjoy your holidays and I’ll wish the same to all.
And to think about the blessings we all have received in the Diabetes Universe, many of the “diabetes wonders” have arrived well into the 21st Century, and only one of the many new analog insulin formulations was available last century.
