Tandem pump and CGM during X-rays, mammograms

Hi Everyone,
I currently have the dexcom G7 and tandem t-slim pump. I’m scheduled for a bone density scan and mammogram this week and wondered if I need to remove my pump or cgm? Thanks.

Hi @DFBB Check with Dexcom but I am sure they will tell you to take it off. They will send a new one. Disconnecting the pump is easy you can leave your infusion set in.

Thank you Joe, I did call Dexcom and a tech support person said as long as the CGM is not directly exposed to x-rays it was ok, however Tandem rep said that the pump should be removed while having the x-ray or mammogram.
