Has anyone else tried one of the new(er) units that connect via the cloud to your CGM app (in my case Freestyle & Libre Linkup) and display your BG on my nightstand? I tried one and had trouble from the get-go. No instructions and the document that came with it was not accurate, Inexperienced “help desk” and when I heard from a higher up, I had to explain what the issue was, which should have been clear to them.
The unit was intermittent (would just shutdown) and eventually just stopped working.
I get the feeling it was rushed to market too soon.
I hate to mention the actual name itself, just in case my issue was a one-of-a-kind, but I’m looking for a reliable device.

No experience myself but I’ve heard from roughly a half dozen people with T1D who have tried the SugarPixel https://customtypeone.com/ and really like it. Its on my wish list for when I have some extra money.
In the cons column, it started life as a diy device so I’m going to be surprised when it doesn’t do a good job of saying why it isn’t working. The firmware update process is not streamlined. There’s going to be terrible home network/router/wifi boxes the Sugarpixel can’t work with. I’m pretty sure one of those people I know that really like the SugarPixel keeps having trouble because of their home internet. They still love it. Personally I hate that it asks for my Dexcom password. Maybe an update fixed that, for you maybe the Libre implementation doesn’t have that problem.
