Hi all, we are excited to share another update about the expansion of Blue Circle Health!

Blue Circle Health is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free virtual care, education, and support for adults with T1D. They are currently enrolling adults with T1D in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Virginia. We will update you as more states are added!

The program includes medical care, diabetes education, peer support, diabetes supportive counseling, insurance navigation, supplies and medication, and referrals to community resources that can help with access to housing, employment and food. The program, which typically lasts 6 months, is for adults 18+ who speak English or Spanish. Hi Chris. @spdif I can edit the title or content at any time. I’m confused as the the states though, what’s the official count?
